The 1992 911 is an important vehicle to Porsche for the coupe market segment. The Turbo Look is a member of a series of five trim levels for the 911 which include Turbo, RS America, Carrera 2, Carrera 4, and Turbo Look. The two-door car with its rear-wheel drive is positioned to aggressively fill this niche for Porsche. There is strong competition from vehicles from Honda.

A Better 1993′s Model: The 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo Look

One of the staples of the Coupe segment is the Porsche 911. In the previous model year debuted a brand new version of the 911 with six versions: Carrera 4, Speedster, Turbo 3.6, Carrera 2, Turbo Look, RS America, and Targa. Sales for the 911, especially the 911 Turbo Look, were brisk during 1994 and 1995. The improved vehicle quality and the modern styling were responsible for the boost in sales.
