There have been several award-winning cars from Porsche over the years, including the Porsche Cayman of 2009. There are two trim levels to the Cayman, including Base and S. The S version is one of the more popular options, outselling other configurations. Like in 2008 the popular 3.4 liter has made this a popular choice for hatchback buyers across the country.
The restyled Cayman Base is equipped with a 2.7-liter six-cylinder engine that utilizes 24 valves. The engine is mated to a N/A six-speed transaxle. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2008 version.

In 2009 Porsche released the Boxster S to the car-buying market. The Boxster came in two configurations: Base and S. The S configuration is powered by the 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine, which makes 23 highway miles and 17 city. The Boxster competes in the Convertible market segment, in direct competition with Honda.
