A Better 1991′s Model: The Porsche 968 for 1992

In 1992 Porsche released the 968 Base to the car-buying market. The 968 came in one configurations: Base. The Base configuration is powered by the 3.0-liter four-cylinder engine, which makes 25 - 26 highway miles and 16 - 17 city. The 968 competes in the Coupe market segment, in direct competition with Acura.

Engine Performance

The 968 Base is equipped with a Porsche 3.0 liter four-cylinder engine that utilizes 16 valves. The engine is mated to a ZF 4-speed Transaxle. This configuration has proven to be a successful design for Porsche.
