One of the staples of the Convertible segment is the Porsche 911. In the previous model year debuted a brand new version of the 911 with five versions: Carrera, Carrera 4, Carrera 4S, Targa, and Turbo. Sales for the 911, especially the 911 Carrera, were brisk during 1997 and 1998. The improved vehicle quality and the modern styling were responsible for the boost in sales.
Standard equipment in the S4 for 1991 and 1992 includes the 2.2 liter engine by Audi, weighing in at 5 cylinders and twenty valves. A 5-speed Standard Transaxle puts the power of the engine to the pavement. The has proven to be a popular configuration for the S4.
A lot has been said about the BMW X6 for 2009. As BMW's entry in the sport utility market the X6 (and in this case specically the xDrive50i version) has maintained a good reputation. The 4-door X6 is especially appealing to wide market segment, making it a perfect truck to help BMW as a brand in general.
Standard equipment in the S4 for 2006 and 2007 includes the 4.2 liter engine by Volkswagen, weighing in at 8 cylinders and fourty valves. The engine is mated to a Volkswagen 6-speed Transaxle. This configuration has proven to be a successful design for Audi.
